It's pretty clear from the start that Sheena has a kind personality. She has obvious reservations about killing Colette after meeting her and continues to exhibit concern about other characters throughout the game. Especially Colette, the person who showed her kindness despite the fact that Sheena was sent to kill the Chosen. We see this compassion again at Luin, where the party meets an injured Sheena who tried to fight the Desians. They're surprised to find the girl who ambushed their party trying to protect the city, and even playing with the city's children if you visit her before Luin is destroyed. Sheena reveals herself to be quite optimistic and eager to help; she tends to think like Lloyd, although much less trusting. She's also rather down to earth and easily embarrassed when others praise her.
However, Sheena suffers from a lack of confidence fueled by an event in the past that she can't forget. When she was very young, she tried to form a pact
with the Summon Spirit, Volt, who lives off the coast of Mizuho. However, Sheena failed as Volt went berserk, killing many
citizens of Mizuho and landing the Chief in a coma. Sheena feels a great deal of guilt about this event, and feels isolated within Mizuho.
